Section 14 applies only to subscription agreements newly concluded from the date this clause actually takes effect. It does not apply retroactively to subscriptions that already exist.

14.1 Scope. We deliver the selected product in the quantity you choose every 4 weeks, and charge per delivery. The initial order is the first delivery of the subscription. The quantity you choose (e.g. 2 bottles) is repeated per delivery; a larger quantity in one shipment still counts as one delivery.

14.2 Minimum purchase. The minimum purchase covers three scheduled deliveries including the initial order (delivery 1 = initial order, delivery 2 after 4 weeks, delivery 3 after 8 weeks). This is not a term expressed in months; only the number of scheduled deliveries in the 4-week rhythm is relevant. This applies subject to your statutory rights.

14.3 Price and minimum total cost. The subscription unit price shown during checkout applies (currently 15% off the one-time price). The minimum product cost is: subscription unit price × units per delivery × 3; plus the total of the delivery fees agreed for the three deliveries. The quantity is counted only once, per delivery. All prices include statutory VAT.

14.4 No routine pause. Unilaterally pausing or skipping individual scheduled deliveries within the minimum purchase is not provided for. Individual agreed solutions remain possible.

14.5 Ordinary termination. You can submit notice at any time, including immediately after concluding the contract. Ordinary termination takes effect at the earliest on the third scheduled delivery date. Please send your notice to hello@apolifit.de. After that the subscription continues for an indefinite period; no further fixed blocks of three deliveries arise. From then on you can cancel at any time without notice, effective for every delivery for which no recurring order has yet been triggered.

14.6 Confirmation. We confirm receipt of your cancellation, the type of cancellation and the date on which the subscription ends in text form.

14.7 Delayed deliveries. A late or missing delivery does not extend the minimum purchase. The three scheduled deliveries remain decisive; we do not unilaterally extend the commitment because of delays on our side.

14.8 Statutory rights. Your statutory right of withdrawal as set out in our withdrawal instructions and under mandatory law remains unaffected; statutory exceptions apply only where legally applicable in the individual case. Your right to extraordinary termination for cause (§ 314 German Civil Code), your rights in case of defects and non-performance and your rights under § 312k German Civil Code remain unaffected and are not restricted by the minimum purchase.
